I'm on a Mac / iDVD or DVD Studio Pro
A friend is doing a presentation in flash, but the final delivery is to a 65" monitor that can handle anamorphic media - HD dvds are out of the question (no available player). I have zero experience with anamorphic media.
Am I crazy in thinking that the flash file will have to be creation in anamorphic, then output to quicktime, then brought DVDSP for dvd creation?

Re: Creating Anamorphic DVD
Thu, March 1, 2007 - 11:46 AMAre you crazy - not really, BUT it would depend on what you mean by 'anamorphic' and what you're trying to end up with visually speaking.
A typical anamorphic video is shot 16:9 and then anamorphically squeezed into a 4:3 frame, resulting in distortion of the image.
Oh heck - these pages probably can describe it better than I can...
